The Palace is generally an 18+ venue for entry and dancing on most event nights. However, you must be 21+ with a valid physical ID (Passport or Driver's License) to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Photos of IDs are not accepted.

The Palace is typically open on Friday and Saturday nights. Doors generally open at 9:00 PM and we party until late (2AM). Please check the specific event schedule on our Events page for special holiday hours or Sunday concerts.
Tickets for all major events are sold exclusively online through Tickeri.com. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance, especially for live concerts, as door prices are often higher and entry is not guaranteed if capacity is reached.
You can view our packages and submit a reservation request directly on our Bottle Service page. A VIP host will contact you via text/email to confirm your reservation. A deposit may be required for large tables.
Yes, The Palace offers ample free parking in the surrounding lot. However, the lot fills up quickly on concert nights. We highly recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft if you plan on drinking.
